Great Customer Service & Friendly Environment

My experience was great my sales rep was Gerald. I was excited because after all of the disappointments at prior dealerships he explained the pros and cons of brand new versus used and helped me get approved for my second car. I greatly appreciate his help and honesty I wish I would have considered Ourisman Chevrolet from the beginning but things happen at certain times for a reason and I am greatly appreciative and thankful for all the hard work and courtesy that the staff provided.

Most wonderful car buying experience!

As a female auto shopping by ones self can be a strenuous exercise. My findings at Oursman was an absolute pleasure. The staff greeted and welcomed me as a valued customer. Everyone was very willing to help and spoke to me with respectable warm smile. Ms. Stephanie was a patient pleasure and will get my recommendation for future business. She went above and beyond to accommodate my time and needs and for that, I am very grateful.

Great buying exp., Great service, clean facilities

I felt very welcome at my recent visit to Ourisman. My salesperson, Gerald, was very courteous and professional. In addition, finance was great. Will definitely consider Ourisman for future car buying.

Very clean everyone is friendly

came in two have two censorrs replaced, lasat visit my keys were lost, when i came to pick up my car Carolyn had a new set of keys waiting as well, she is a gem.

Great Service, Clean Facilities

My experience at Ourisman Chevy was an easy process on my part. My Saleswoman Stephanie, has excellent sales experience. As a former Salesman in Direct Sales, i have to say she respects her craft. We learned things like body posture, voice tone in-fluctuation, abc's of sales, ect...... Anyway she knows her stuff. And I'm coming back for the SS Camero or the Impala. Happy Holidays.

great service with very little waiting for initial

My sales person (Stephanie ) was more than accommodating and very informative about the product. I felt that the financing person was to aggressively pushing items that would inflate the monthly note.
