Great Service

excellent Service
I had an excellent experience at Ourisman (Marlow Hgts.). Mr. Roland is an excellent service man, he always seem to help get my vehicle in for service, and the work has been done in a timely manner. I will be visiting Ourisman again soon on a matter I could not take care of at the time; I will call to set up an appointment with your service man Roland, because he has already explained to me the procedure of the work needed, and explained it is under warranty. Very good job, and thanks Roland!

I walked in the door and was met by Ron Holton. Showed him a picture of the car I wanted. Two hours later I was driving home an owner of a 2015 camaro. Perfect service.

Great Service
I loved working with the customer services associate that checked me in, she was very professional and friendly. As promise she got my car in and I received an oil change within one hour and was out and back on the road headed home.

Service is good
The wait time is a little longer than expected. My service person doesn't recommend things i need to do for my car i'm expected to know and i don't. more counseling on how to maintain your car would be great.
