Great service

Jay was very helpful. Was very up front with me about there only being one transmission mechanic, because one had called out sick.

great customer service

Ron Holton provided us with great service. What I liked most is he took the time to educate my daughter about finances. It was almost as though she was his.

Professional and Efficient service!!

Carolyn (Service Advisor) was extremely jovial and professional. She was very patient and informative regarding my car repair needs. In addition to her great disposition, all personnel I came in contact with were friendly and proficient. I have always had a pleasurable experience with this facility. Outstanding Service and Facility was cleaned

David was my contact person and I would like to give him a 150% . He was so helpful. I had to have a recall taken care of with my 2011 Traverse and he made me very comfortable. He came and checked on me several times to make sure that I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. He even checked to see if I needed something to eat since I waited on my vehicle to be taken care of. I was very impressed when he offered to have my Traversed clean. Kudos to David.......

Great Service

I took my car in for a recall at 8:00 am and the car was ready at 8:40 a.m. I was really surprise.

Service was good ever thing was ok, except chipped

I was received by Jay and he was excellent in getting things taken car of with the recall and oil change. However when I picked the car up on the drivers side door I notice some paint that was chipped off of the door, I know it was not there when I took the SUV in for service. It happened there, looks like someone open the door and it another vehicle or a hard surface wall. I will need some touch up paint or something to hide this area of paint that was knocked off of the door.

Great Service, Fast Work

I was satisfied with the timely manner that my car was repaired. I honestly thought they was going to keep it for a couple of days. When Mr. Anthony called and said it was ready to be picked up, I was impressed!! I didn't have to rent a car. Thanks Ourisman and Mr. Anthony!!!
