Wonderful purchase experience

Scared first time buyer

It was a great experience. No pressure, smooth transaction. I was very indecisive, Mr Holland worked through my fear of being a first time buyer.

Great Repair Service

Everyone was very professional. The person that initially looked at what needed repairing was extremely patient and thoroughly checked the vehicle for damage. He explained and showed us the outer damage to the vehicle and explained that there could be hidden damage; however, he would not know until the outer damaged parts were removed. He told us approximately how long it would take to repair the damage, which was shorter than we had anticipated. Picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired and the work was great. Glad to have the vehicle restored.

Not a bad dealership, patient and no pressure.

Dennis was very understanding and patient since I came in unsure if I could afford or would be comfortable with a new car. Then when the car I had orginially come in for turned out to not meet my needs he showed me a car that exceeded them for not much more than the originial.

Great Service

Great service

The service wasn't too bad. I guess they could have a better process when the cars pull up to service. Other than that, the service and time of service was convenient.

Great customer service

I really being able to go to the dealership to get my oil change and the service is great, but this last visit the person that brought my car around forgot to put the paper down to cover my carpet and got oil on it. I was able to go back the next day and get the oiled cleaned off but it was a bit of an inconvenience. Please remind the people bringing the cars around to make sure they protect te customer's carpet.
