Friendly Professional Service All of the Time
I think its important to check pressure in tires once rotated and make sure all fluids are completly serviced. Other than that I had a good experience this time.

I really would like to thank Mr. Kenneth Pankey and one of the manager, sorry do not remember his name. He was the person who was having hip problems. As it took me three days to talk with before I made my final decisions to purchase the Malibu. Mr. Pankey really went out of his way and was very patient with me during my decision. One day turn around on what I thought was three.
Dave Cornell is my Guy! He knocked out everything he said needed to be done on my truck the next business day. That took me by surprise! He made the shop look good.

it was a great experience the shuttle service was good. Driver took me to McDonald to get breakfast Miss Carolyn was great she told me it was going to take about 3hrs.Believe or not but it took 3hrs. exactly. so my experience was great. Thank you all very much.

My Sales person was Mr. Willie Younger. Mr. Younger was very pleasent and went the extra mile to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. He gave me his undivided attention. I dealt with kenny jones he was very informative with info on the cars and current specials being ran he also worked very hard to make sure I got a good price on my new car then I dealt with oz in financing he made the most boring part fun I would defiantly deal with them again

Awesome Service!
The Service Department did not open for business until well after 7, due to cars that were dropped off over night was not moved until opening hours. Other than the issue with opening for business on time; everything was great.
