excellent customer service, fast and prompt service. Mr. stacy bacon was outstanding he provided me info about keeping up w/the oil changes .

Great Service and Service Representatives

My experience was very good as usual. The Customer service technician (Dave) was extremely pleasant and well informed. However, it took too long to receive my truck back. I delivered the truck on Thursday February at approximately 3:30 pm and got word of its completion around 5:00 pm the next day. A broken water pump was the problem and I am not sure if the time factor is usual for water pump repair. Thanks

Awesome Journey

Awesome as always, since the first time back in October last year when I met Roland Anthony, my view of a dealership has changed a lot. With this person I have peace, because he cares. I planned my visit for the last two months, but with all this weather in the area I could not make that happened. When I got there at the dealer there were so many service advisors but I just wait for Roland and it was good for me, in less than two hours I was heading back to my house with my car fixed. Thanks again Roland you did an excellent job.

Do not deal with Scott B!

Had an fair experience up until I tried to contact Scott as directed by one of the sales professionals. When I called him he was very loud and rude with me. He didn't let me talk or get my question out. I would never deal with this dealership based on how this Scott person talked to me on the phone! I was outraged by the amount of disrespect from this guy I've never seen or met. That was my first time trying to call or talk to him. And again I called him because the sales person tong me too.

Check-up

The waiting room had ample waiting space. As allways others are there to talk with so I rarely get a chance to view the television. In all a good experience.

Best car dealership anywhere!

Ourisman is the best place ever to do business. My deceased husband bought all his cars from Ourisman for 50 years. I am now a customer too. It's only natural...they are always there to help! 5 stars for the company and the crew!!!

great service

I purchased my Chevy Cobalt in August 2009. I had not driven the car much (mileage was 1250) due to defects remedied by a recall and extensive illnesses which left me incapable of driving for the five years I have owned the car. I made an appointment to have my automobile totally inspected and was especially impressed with my Service Manager, Brian Holdaway, who walked me through the process and explained the importance of regularly scheduled maintenance. He was funny, informative and trust-worthy. I also want to give recognition to the certified Chevy mechanics who worked on my car. The handling of the car has signficantly improved--at least I notice the difference. I still believe the cost for this maintenance was a little prohibitive.
