I was looking to purchase a lightly used Chevy Spark from this dealer. We arrived only to follow our salesperson around the lot- they couldn't find the car! Several people were out looking for the car and it was nowhere to be found. I'm not sure I believe it ever existed. It was a bit of a bummer because the car supposedly had very low mileage and was in great shape. Until the car mysteriously disappeared, I had been leaning toward purchasing this vehicle. I'm still not sure whether the car was sold or ever existed to begin with. This is all very embarrassing for the dealer because I received no less than 12 emails from them between the time I found the car on cars.com and when I went to the dealer several days later.

The salesman was attentive and thorough during the purchasing process. The employees at Ourisman of Marlow Heights are very professional and I was happy with the service I received.

The battery in the car I recently purchase died. Stephen, my sales representative assisted me with getting a new battery.
