This is a very friendly place! Went in knowing what I wanted and they gave me the freedom to test drive by myself. Test drove 2 cars and they got me financed. They also gave me a good amount for my trade in towards a new car and gave me all the deals they could. This was my first time buying a NEW car and I am happy with my purchase!

I went to get my car serviced to this facility, I got lost and tried to ask for directions to the service department. A salesman approached me and tried so hard to get me into a new car in spite of me telling him i just wanted to get my car serviced . Stupid on my part, i decided to give him a try to find out my options. As soon as i told them the deal they're trying to give me is not going to work for me, everyone backed out and was no longer interested in helping me. Even after i was there for so many hours, i still didn't get anything done. When i told them that i was no longer interested in the deal that they tried to offer me, they told me that it was to late to get my car serviced. Mind you that i was there four hours prior to them closing. They care more about getting a deal done than helping you. A bunch of desperate vipers.

Went window shopping and due to excellent customer service received, I purchased a 2014 chevy cruze. Our sales person Mr Kenneth Jones was there to listen and he definitely gave me my way at Ourisman Chevrolet!

This dealership was overall excellent. The customer service was phenomonal from my sales associate (Willie Younger) to the serivces department. The staff is supportive and they make you feel comfortable in purchasing a vehicle with this company. Ther service area was excellent with my car. When I got to the service center, someone was there to assist me and listen to my issues and they came to check on me to give me updates on the service of the my car and before you know it. My car was all finished. Good service!

I recently purchased a Brand New 2013 Camaro from Brian Bunyon who was my sales person. Brian is an excellent salesperson to work with and he makes sure that you are happy. When I walked through the door Brian asked me what car I was interested in and I immediately told him the Camaro. We went outside to look and choose. Although, they didn't have my manuel shift on the lot he immediately made sure that I had one because that was what I wanted. When he found one he made sure that I would have it within 24hrs which didnot matter to me. As long as I was getting my car I was happy. Brian provided me with a loaner until my car arrived. Just the thought of me having my Dream Car.
