I got great service, customer service was kind.

I didn't have any problems. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and pleasant. This time around things seem to be a little difference. Everyone was a more pleasant. It seem everyone was having a good day, smiles and greeting.

Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights

I've purchased a lot of cars in the past but Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights has been the best so far from the Sales department to the Service department. They treat me like family and make sure I am satisfied before Ieave. It is my second purchase for my cars with them since I moved here from New Jersey.

Great Service

My experience here was great, I was greeted right away by one of the salesman, he took his time and answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. He made me feel very comfortable.

They made it right!

I bought my 2010 Malibu from Ourisman Chevrolet and I always take it there for service because they offer a very convenient shuttle from several Metro (subway) stations. It is ready when promised and is hand-washed when I get it back. Recently, they fixed a faulty airbag sensor, fortunately under warranty. A few weeks later, the sensor light came on again. Because I had to bring it in twice for the same issue, they provided a free rental car. The problem was that the harness under the seat hadn?t been secured properly and it shook loose. Anyone can make a mistake, but Lisa Woods, my service manager, made it right by not only being honest about the cause of the issue but also by going the extra mile to ensure I got a free rental even before she knew what was wrong or how long it would take. I like that Ourisman assigns a particular service manager to each of their customers so I have a person I can call directly about my car. The other service managers are also to be commended because they are willing to help me when I come in or call if Lisa is not available, even though I am not assigned to them.

Customer service? is that what they call it there?

I would like to say that the customer service i received was great when i was looking for a new car. I never once was told that the "new" car i was looking at wasnt really new until I had gone to the finance department. After I had found out I wanted the other car in the lot it was the same one.Instead of saying ok the dealer who was selling me the car said " well i have already registered this key for you." So fine it only had a few more miles than it should have. The fiance man was so nice and I had asked him to transfer my out of state license plate to the new vehicle he would not do, must have been to much work so now i have to fill out an application to transfer my license plate and spend more money. The dealer had told me that once my plates and tabs came in they would call me and they would put my plates on for me, i thought that was nice. little did i know that two days before the temporary license plate was going to expire they still never called. i had called up there four times and received no response, the lady at the window was rude, i had to wait 20 minutes for her to find them in her little filing drawer. as i got them she just handed them to me and that was it they never put them on for me after i had driven my car up there, and my plates had been there for a month and they NEVER called me. real nice.

Mr.Willie Young was very professional and reliable about sealing his car his customer service skill was wonderful and i would recommend this dealer to a friend and family member.help so thank you very much. and also Mr. oz was also was very great and professional about his work so thank the both them for helping me to puchase a 2014 car.

I like ourisman because they are patient with you and they do listen to you. The one thing that I dont like is the waiting period.
