This was my first time buying a car so I was really nervous because I had gotten so much advise of what not to do. They were very patient with me when I decided I didn't like the car I had been looking at. They got me what I did love and my boyfriend even got free lunch:) In the end, I got a car a love and a great experience!

I am enjoying my new car, "Little Sparky." The sales staff was very helping in directing me to a car that fullfills my two major requirements -- I am only 4'11" -- so I need a car that allows me to see over the steering wheel and allow my feet to touch the pedals. "Little Sparky" fullfills these requirements.

My salesperson Robert Parren was dynamite. This has been the only man that has talked me into coming out to the dealership to buy a car. I had been contemplating for so long. I had pressed ignore on so many calls from salespersons after putting in online interests in vehicles and speaking to various people from dealerships over the years. Robert caught me on the busiest day of my life it seemed. I had just woke up mad about all I had to do that day. As I listened he told me who he was and where he was calling from I was about to hang up (yes you read it right hang up after I spent ours on the internet the night before looking at cars and inquiring)but his tone compelled me to not do that. Call it a character disorder of mine you may but he broke through it. He was personable, professional, and honest. I had never gotten that from anyone. Robert Parren, Carlos, Dick, GM Financial and the Ourisman Chevrolet of Marlow Heights team has changed my life. I say the whole team because one cannot properly execute to please on this level without the other. My Cruze was having a problem with the check engine light. I met with Brian in the service department and he was very helpful in getting my problem solved. He pulled my vehicle in quickly, and when they could not duplicate the code, told me to bring it back immediately if the problem occurred again. When it happened again, I took the vehicle back to him, and he was able to get it in right away, without an appt. He was able to get my vehicle fixed quickly so that I could get back to work. Brian was great and I will definitely ask for him again.

I was looking to purchase a 2014 Camaro. My regular salesperson was on extended medical leave, so I was referred to Theresa. It was a pleasure working with her. She was professional and friendly, and called me every time that she promised me she would. When we agreed on the price, she had all of the paperwork ready for me when I arrived and the car was ready to go. I truly enjoyed working with Ourisman, and Theresa was great!

I recently took my vehicle to the dealer for my routine service. I had a few things going on in my life. I need to get in and out. I did not want to drive any further without getting my oil change. I called to my an appointment. And, I explained to Greg (Service) all of my concerns. Greg was very kind as always assured me, we will take care of you. Well, I expected to be there for hours. I fell asleep in the waiting room. I heard someone calling my name "your car is ready". I was very SURPRISED! I was in and out! It EXCEED my expectation! Greg did not make any promises. He did his job! I will always ask for him when I go to Ourisman to get any services done.

I was looking for a vehicle and we decided to make contact with Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights and on 10-16-13 we submitted and e-mail and a young lady named Keisha R. contacted us within minutes. She was positive and very friendly. She scheduled us for an appointment on 10-19-13 with Darren F. To get to the point Darren F. not only satisfied us he did any and everything for us to make us have an awesome experience. Let's just say in a little over three hours we were driving off in a new vehicle. If I had my way Darren would receive sales man of the year. The experience was a true delight and well worth it. The experience was so great I recommended my daughter to go there and she too left with a new vehicle. I made contact with a young lady by the name of Keisha Ruffin the internet customer service manager and she connected me with Darren Fox. To get to the point Darren Fox not only satisfied us he did any and everything possible to make us comfortable to give an awesome experience. In just a little over there hours we were driving off the lot with a brand new vehicle. If I had my way he would receive salesman of the year. The experience was awesome, enlightening, pleasurable and well worth it. The experience was so great I recommended my daughter and she also dealt with Darren Fox and ended up leaving also with a brand new vehicle too. We were and are well pleased with he quality of professionalism we received and the courteous manner that was displayed throughout was an experience that I do not have a problem sharing.
