Helpful to my needs, put brand new tires on, negotiated somewhat reasonably, and overall left me with a decent car buying experience.

A couple of years ago we purchased our daughter's first car (Fiat) from Sean at Auto By Design. It was the first used car we'd ever bought in our life. We've bought and leased numerous cars over the past 25 years and hated that entire cycle but, didn't want to chance the used cars. Then, after our first purchase with Sean, at Auto By Design, we realized that we'd found a better way of purchasing our vehicles and decided to finally end that whole habitual process of leasing/buying new. We had such an awesome experience with the Fiat that we just bought our 2nd used car (Ford Expedition) from Sean, which has turned out to be another amazing deal! We are so grateful to Sean and his staff for providing these awesome, quality, vehicles at super, great, prices along with their continuous impeccable customer service- so that everyone can experience luxury vehicles without breaking the bank! This is one place you have to visit if you are in the market for a used car! Like others have said, Sean the owner is very passionate about cars and is very picky about the cars he sells. His pricing is competitive and his cars are in impeccable condition compared to other places I visited. He really worked to get the financing that we needed and there was never any pressure to buy. My husband did not get a chance to meet him but after speaking with him on the phone and from my recommendation, he said that when he replaces his Hummer he is going to Sean to purchase it!

I bought a ranger rover sport from Sean and that truck was owned by Sean for a while. Overall great experience. No haggles with the deal very fair.. I worked with Sean on a sale of a 2008 Tundra. He made the sale smooth and painless. He assisted with getting me set up with financing with one of his lenders. He was very informative, but never a pushy salesman. He keeps high quality stock at his facility and it is very clean and organized. I found a discrepancy on the carfax report and on the spot, Sean called the Toyota dealership that had done repairs and had them send over records showing the accurate work done to the vehicle. Incredible buying experience and I love my new truck!
