It was a good experience for me and my wife.

Me and my family got a 2017 Dodge Journey, but everything we did everything in a rush and didn't really see what color Dodge Journey we were getting. At first, we wanted the 2016 Dodge Journey. That's what I thought I was getting on till I arrived to finish off paperwork and deal. But me and my family are happy with what we got. Customer service was great. I just wish we had more time.

Quick and easy painless

They took my old truck got me a new one with the payment that I was looking for. All in all easy quick and painless

New Jeep Purchase

The staff was friendly and easy to work with and very available anytime I called or emailed. Lots of vehicles to choose from. We worked out a deal and signed the papers without any delays late in the day. I came back the next day for a full car wash and detail. Went well and feel if there are any concerns I can stop in or call anytime. Love the piece of mind. thank you

Excellent customer service.

Gill CDJM was quite good to me. I ordered a Challenger Hellcat. I was nervous about the process, and how things would go once the car was on the lot and we sat down to do the final deal, and other small things. When it came time to do the deal, they treated me right, and were true to their word on everything we discussed at the time I made the order, about months before. During the waiting period for the car to be built and shipped, they gave me regular updates and were always available if I needed to speak with them. I could not be happier right now.

Best dealership

I love this dealership. Its my third car through them. They work above and beyond. Vanessa is a great sales person. I felt she really understood what i needed and she did everything in her power to make it happen. It was my 2nd time workingwith her and it was a smooth and fun transition. Jim did everything to find the car that will fit my family of 6. I been to different dealerships and i never got the customer service that I've had gotten at Gills Auto Group. They are here for the people. Thanks once again!

Very pleased with purchase

Very friendly, outgoing dealership and internet sales man. They look out for what you deserve best, from start to finish. Never pushy, very informative, and patient with clients. They keep you happy till your driving off in your new vehicle with a smile!

Loyal Customer

I would not even consider buying a vehicle from any other dealership than Gill. Their customer service is by far the absolute best in the valley. Their friendly staff make your car buying experience stress free. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the way they all work together to make sure all your needs are met.

Great Staff & Great Selection

Unlike other auto salesman and dealerships, Jim didnt make me feel like he was selling me a car, I felt like he was helping me choose something for a big part of my life and he knew that. Buying my first car from a dealership I felt no pressure to pick one that "the salesman" wanted me to and, if I asked him a question that he didnt know the answer to, he ran in and looked it up. Everything about that day was smooth and comfortable, and I will definitely be coming back to Gill Automotive for my next car in the future!

I Take Back My Last Review ...

My Apologies to Gill Auto Group. Previously in a review, I wrote the dealer never answered my questions about the Vehicle, when in fact they did. After checking my deleted emails I came across one where they sent me a link to a video they made just for me about the Vehicle, which I thought was pretty cool! So if I knew how to delete old reviews on here I would. Hopefully this review cancels out the negative one as the dealer was really helpful in answering my questions. So thumbs up to Gill Auto.

Never answered my question

Never answered my original emaled question about the transmission on the vehicleast I was interested in. They were only concerned with talking to me on the phone directly and would not answer a simple email question about the vehicles transmission unless I called directly. Typical used car salesman technique.
