Bought a second vehicle at Gill recently, and have to say that this experience, like my first with them, was great. Internet Sales Manager Jim Hamby was awesome. Hunting for a car is rarely ever a fun or desirable process to be doing, but I couldn't ask for more from a dealership, truly.

Great salesman and I recommend. Photo fuzzy. Overall dealership had pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff and lots of cars! They sell different brands as well.

My visit was great, and exceeded my expectations. Also jim who had helped my process was great with his service and explaining details of the vehicle.

After about 3 weeks of car shopping and going to another dealer (that didn't even try to sell me a car) I finally ended up online at Gill Dodge. I sent an inquiry for a used vehicle and Jim responded very quickly. We spoke over the phone about what I was looking for and he was very professional and kind. I originally was searching the used inventory but when I showed up I just couldn't get the new Durango off my list. It was there in all its beautiful glory just waiting for me to get behind the wheel. So we took the test drive, I loved it! The finance process was the best I've ever experienced, even when I worked at a dealer a few years back. Jim was very much on the side of the buyer and made it happen. I would refer anybody looking for a new car to Madera to visit Gill DCJR.
