Hi folks! I’ve just want to start by saying that I do know when good service is provided. Here at Gill from the moment I step out of my old car to the moment I lifted my feet on to my new automobile my overall experience was phenomenal. From the moment I started texting back and forth with Jim to the final papers signed everything & everybody was very helpful, courteous & most of all very professionals. I can’t say enough good things about my recent purchase here at Gill in Madera California. Thank you Jim for all your dedication & hard work you put in to track my vehicle while in transit. Joe at fleet manager, one of the best persons I have came across & dealing at dealership with knowledge & dedication. Very humble personnel. I can really appreciate that. 100/100 guys. Jim was very knowledgeable and extrememly helpful in every aspect of our car buying experience. From specs on the car to the loan process and options, he had the answers to all of our questions. He was very nice and personable even on a busy weekend ( Saturday of Memorial Day weekend). He wasn’t our given salesman, but made time for us in between his appointments. Absolutely a wonderful first time car buying experience!
