First new car

For being my first brand new car. The process went very fast and good. They offered to bring the vehicle to me an hour away from gill auto. I did most of the information over the phone and internet. Witch made it faster and easy. The staff was very nice. They made me and my family very comfortable.

Accident Recovery

Jenny, I would and will. Everyone I met and worked with was helpful, friendly, courteous, respectful and focused on me. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from Gill and Jim Hamby. He continues to be a person I truly enjoy work with to purchase a new vehicle from. I was greeted and escorted when I parked to Jim’s office by a courteous young man. Rosalind worked with me through all the financial paperwork and was a joy to speak and work with. I paid some money off-the-top to a young woman working the cashier’s desk who was friendly, courteous and patient as I worked through a declination of my card purchase by my credit union. Jim helped me drop off a car rental from Fresno locally by personally calling Hertz and asking them to accept a drop-off for me. All of this service helped an accident injured customer gain some stability as I progressed from a traumatic rear-end hit and run collision that occurred on 3/6/2019.

Amazing

Gills auto was simply amazing from the very first phone call to 2 days later calling and approving us. Very stress free and extremely happy with the blessing god has given my husband and I. Rosy, Crystal and Jim are simply amazing kind and awesome people my husband and I thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts.

Extremely happy with my purchase and with the dealer

Working with Jim was such a breeze. Miguel was also helpful and very knowledgeable. Wish all my car purchases were as easy as the guys at Gill’s made it. Not once did I feel like I was making a bad choice. They have great prices and are super friendly. Will definitely go back for my next car purchase.

Great sales team

I was shopping around for a jeep I went to a few dealers but the Madera dealer had the friendliest staff they were not ignoring me they actually wanted to make a sale They were very knowledgeable of their vehicles they paired my phone did everything possible to help me with me to get my car thank you Madera Dodge Chrysler Jeep awesome team

Jim Hamby, internet sales

We bought 2 cars from Jim Hamby at Gill Auto Group. In 2012 we bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We still have it and love it! I needed a "new" truck, so after shopping on line and going to several car lots, we came back to Jim. He had a 2016 Ram with only 8200 miles on it. I couldn't pass it up. He gave me a good deal on it too. Jim is a no pressure guy. He gave us space to talk and think about it. I recommend Jim at Gill Auto Group

We will return

Nice people and nice vehicles go together. We went to buy a Grand Cherokee and ended up buying the Grand Cherokee and a Ram. My wife enjoyed the people and that is amazing as she has walked out of 2 other dealerships. Well done.
