Justyne was the service manager. She was rude! They failed my safety inspection. Told me my car needed repairs worth $1100 dollars. And additional repairs worth $2000. I Took my car for a second opinion to another shop and it passed the safety inspection. And those guys showed me the car insides and nothing needed repair. Mini Cooper of Alexandria dealership was trying to rip me off to the tune of $3000 dollars!!

Looking for a manual mini roadster
Ray Adams and everyone else who helped me with this purchase were terrific to work with; very friendly and helpful, and they figured out a way to make it happen. Like anyone who sells a superior product, they let the product sell it’s self, and they were there to provide honest and helpful guidance.

Very demanding in what I want in my cars and good pricing These guys went back and forth with me very patiently and answered every question or request with respect for the process I highly recommend them

Beyond Frustrated with Title "Corrections"
Purchased a 2016 two-door mini hardtop from this dealer in May 2019; received my title, which incorrectly stated it was a 2014 four door hardtop. I took the title back to the dealer on July 27, 2019 to have both corrected. I received another title in early August on which the year was corrected, but the doors were not. I took the title back to the dealer on August 12, 2019 to have that corrected. I spoke with the General Manager, David Hellmuth, who said they would submit for another correction. Fast forward almost two months later (October 10, 2019), and I still do not have a corrected title.

Poor Service – not the first time!
Although my previous service was bad (quoting one price, then charging another), my experience yesterday was abysmal. Despite telling the service rep that I needed to leave at a certain time to pick my son up from school, he ignored my need and told me that I needed an additional service that would take an additional hour. He did offer a loaner call, but it added an additional 20 minutes to the departure time. As a result, I missed picking up my son. The next day I when I returned, the car was not ready, and I had to miss additional time at work. Also, the invoice was higher than the estimate. I strongly suggest that you avoid this dealership at all costs. The don’t value your time as a customer, and they look for every opportunity to take your money unnecessarily.

Great Service
It’s so hard to find salespersons with honesty and integrity. Says embodies just that. Everything that was committed was done. Stas kept his word and an open line of communication at all times. He was very pleasant and helpful. This was the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

A very pleasant change...
Unlike most other experiences elsewhere, the salesman was attentive, patient and very helpful. He knew his entire product range and all he used stock intimately. We very quickly narrowed down our options and were processed and financed seamlessly. All interactions with the staff were excellent and we were very pleased to drive away with exactly what we wanted in a very short space of time.

Excellent service.
I went for a routine oil change, as I needed the car in good shape for a road trip. Frank helped me check in, and kept me informed on the service progress. He explained other issues they found, which they fixed (as there was no cost), and I was on my way in good time. I bought my Mini from Passport and have enjoyed driving it since.

Always Treated Like A Valued Customer
This year's checkup was expensive but needed to correct a few issues with my Mini. My service manager, Frank, made sure I got all the "discounts" for the services I had scheduled. What is the best is that the yearly inspection is free and you always get your car washed. There is no problem if the service is somewhat extended, you get a loaner car. Frank is very good at explaining what needs to be done and very courteous and respectful to his customers. I love my car and I believe in going to dealership for service. I know the service team knows how Mini owners LOVE their vehicles.
