THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE!

THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE! DIMETRI AND ERIC A++++++ customer service. We broke down with a major power failure just south of Fresno trying to get back to Modesto from the LA area. We got towed to Fresno Lexus for emergency assistance. We were leaving Disneyland for an anniversary vacation starting the morning off with hotel valet bringing us our Lexus with all the emergency lights on. Hotel staff were not able to jump start my car. A few hours later, AAA showed up and replaced my battery, ran diagnostics and told me it was a completely dead battery and we are good to go. 2 hrs later my power steering goes out while we are 70mph on the freeway. I instantly yell “ITS THE ALTERNATOR!!!!!!NOOOOOOO!!!!!”We were able to safely get off and find a tree to die under while waiting another hour for a tow. At Fresno Lexus they were able to get me into a loaner car so that we could finally get home after this giant debacle of planes trains and automobiles. We spent what felt like 10 minutes total time swapping into the loaner and signing paperwork. That experience is the first easiest thing we dealt with all day. That was a Wednesday. On Friday I drove back there in the loaner to pick up my fully detailed and restored Lexus. They were even able to salvage my completely drained brand new battery to save me just a little bit more. This was one of the worst vacation experiences of our lives that was made perfect by Fresno Lexus. White glove service from beginning to end.

Julian helped me pick out the perfect new car at Fresno Lexus! He listened to exactly what I was looking for and took the time to talk through every option they had available. He was patient, attentive and super knowledgeable on the cars, their features, costs. He made a stressful process that I was not particularly looking forward to, easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market!

My wife and I looked into Lexus for quite a few years, although the car we first viewed online was sold. Abraham was able to find us a car that met our expectations. He was knowledgeable and had a friendly personality and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and it made our car buying experience pleasant. We drove away very happy.

We recently had a very positive buying experience at Fresno Lexus. The salesman, Stephen, was friendly and made the entire transaction quick and easy. After a test drive he was kind enough to email me pricing on the vehicle we liked, including estimated lease numbers, without having to go through an application and credit check. We made the decision to buy at home late on a Sunday afternoon, and he emailed me an application, took some info via text, and already had the paperwork well under way and the car being prepped by the time we arrived at the dealership, which made the process much easier and faster. It's nice to work with a dealership that embraces text/email transactions and doesn't waste your time.

Our 2007 IS250 had its first potential problem recently. Its cause was indeterminate. Fresno Lexus began an exhaustive search, keeping us updated at every step. And Dimetri R. provided excellent service and communications. This unexpected episode has concluded with our sincerest appreciation to Lexus Fresno.
