Tech don’t know what they are doing

Took my truck couple times and everytime I go I always need to go back, because they don’t do a good job on the work they did, or they don’t put things back where they go. I spoke to the manager as well and let him know but still I have the same issue. Service advisor they do there job well it’s they are not the issue, its the tech that they have. To me it’s like high school students can do a better job. Disappointed with the work at this dealer

5 stars for Tom in service

Tom makes getting the work done on the car easy. He has great follow through and guidance. He sets the expectations and delivers. All good at Lehmers.

It was great like the Service great people found one I was looking for They have great deals new or used car is low miles

No stress, No haggle?

All the glowing reviews got our attention. We have been looking at CPO vehicles and decided to make contact. We called to ask the hours on a holiday. The receptionist transferred me to Sales (just to answer a question about the business hours!)? Then two separate people to answer our simple question. Before we could get the answer, they wanted to know why and what we are looking for. We were not ready to give this info, so we did not. The next day, we receive a call/voicemail from this dealership asking again what we needed, etc. Keep in mind that we gave no personal info. They obviously called based solely on the phone number in caller ID. We decided what vehicles we would like to test drive and we emailed the sales department. We received an email back outlining their business model and theory on why "no haggle" one price, that's it, would work for us. My husband and I already researched this trend in dealership tactics and knew we were not interested in a dealership who feeds this to their customer. It was almost comical when they voiced that they do not discount their autos more than $100 and that scenario is only if the customer passes on a gas fill up upon purchase. We definitely feel that every point of contact we had with this dealership was self-centered and not in the least consumer focused.

Service department

I loved this dealership when I purchased my truck, they were great. I recently took my truck in for a recall repair and at that time I asked if there was any service that needed to be done and they told me no. When I picked up my truck I again asked if there was service due since I had received an email that indicated there was, and again I was told no. When I got the vehicle back they had not even washed the windows or vacuumed the inside as Concord Chevrolet would have done, but the worst part is that the oil was almost 2 quarts low and they did not even notice even though the low oil indicator light was on

Wonderful service

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Joe was very Very courteous very accommodating wanted to make sure I was comfortable in that file change was very fast school on time

Duramax Denali

From the first phone call to Ron Kaell the whole process was a piece of cake. I went to the dealership and was in and out with my new truck in less than 3 hours. Great job!

Best Service Around

I bought my 2011 GMC Yukon from Lehmers back in 2011 which was a great experience at the time also. Over the years Lehmers has been the only service facility that I take my vehicle to and each and every time the service has been spectacular, they know exactly what any issues are with your vehicle and tell you all the information you need. I would recommend this dealership for any service to your vehicle and also if your in the market to purchase one also.

Great!

I visited Lehmer's to look at a used car and ended up buying a brand new one! The Sales person (I think his name was Jose) was not pushy at all and was very honest about each of the cars I looked at. I'm not exactly easy to work with, but he was patient and made himself relatable.

Great experience

Rick Weaver found us the GMC Yukon Denali that we needed. He and all the staff who assisted us were a pleasure to work with and very professional.
