Buick Enclave 2017

Our experience with Chico Dixon was a very refreshing and a gratifying. My husband and walk into Lenhers' dealership to purchase a new car. We met Chico and explained to him what our perfect car would look like. ....Blue Buick Enclave, fully loaded with a moon roof top. .... As we talked in details, Chico listen tentatively. We felt as if we have know him for years. He took the time and answered my many questions and walked us through all of the technology and showed us how it worked. Great Buying Experience

Great purchase & price

Saw car I liked on line, called & spoke to Ron Kaell who was very friendly & forward his address to my email. Went & saw car, it was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone there was really friendly & even stayed past closing so that I could complete my purshase. Purchase went smoothly & all was explained. Very happy with experience.

2014 GMC Terrain

I was looking at cars online and came across this place. Looking for a 2014 GMC Terrain, the price was right and low mileage. So i gave them a call and spoke with Ethan, he is GREAT! He is very professional and helpful explained everything to me and he is not pushy... I had a great experience with Ethan. Everyone there was very nice/helpful. When you go ask for Ethan he will get you what you want. Great place

2016 Terrain inside light problem

I got this car in Feb and was so excited to try GMC since I had been a Honda owner for 30 years. I just didn't like the Honda look so I took a chance . Within 90 days I began to notice the dash lights not always staying on. Them the lights on the consul began to not work, then the lights on the radio & camera stopped working. This wasn't everyday, just different times. I called to complain & was told to look at the dim switch which I probably turned down. That was NOT the problem. It continued to happen & when I had to drive in the dark over 6 miles on the freeway because all the lights when out at the same time it was xxxx scary! I couldn't see how fast I was going so I stayed in the slow lane & followed the car in front of me! Now I felt it was a safety issue so I called service again & made an appointment to drop the car off. 6 hours later when I stopped by to see if it was almost ready they had NOT even looked at my car! I was so upset! Had to take it back again & they couldn't seem to find the answer. Yet no one seems to think it's an issue so I continue to have a brand new car without interior lights that I think makes driving this car a safety issue. It's on a lease which now I know for sure I will not buy or continue to lease this car when the lease is up. I actually had to take my car in for an oil change and one of the service said to me " aren't you the lady with the light problem?' when I said yes he asked " are you still pissed about the lights"?? Really...? Nice way to be greeted! I have even left messages with GMC Corp. without a reply! Anyone have some advise???

Great Service after my purchase

I have had my vehicle serviced twice since purchasing it last April. All of my experiences with Lehmers employees has been enjoyable. Service has been great to deal with and I am looking forward to my next visit
