The service manager (Joshua) was excellent and he assured

The service manager (Joshua) was excellent and he assured that I had a full explanation about the root cause related to a slight leak that was observed during a routine service appointment. He was readily willing to assist to assure my questions were fully addressed and that was greatly appreciated.

I typically leave positive reviews, but my recent

I typically leave positive reviews, but my recent experience with BMW was unacceptable. I brought my car in for repairs to the front and rear right wheels, but when it was returned, the rubber molding was damaged and the front windshield was cracked. When I pointed out that the windshield was intact before the service, BMW claimed it cracked because the car was left outside. This response was both unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

A huge thank you is in order to Enrique Pola and the entire East Bay BMW staff on helping me purchase my dream car ! Enrique delivered and exceptional service while helping up make a purchase of our new BMW X3 xDrive30i. The color, the package, and the price was perfect and he made the entire process seamless and hassle free. Within 24 hours of our first phone call we were driving off with the perfect car and feeling content with our decision. Having been rejected and disrespect by the dealership who sold me my first, I was blessed to find the service and professionalism I deserved at East Bay BMW. Enrique even scheduled transportation for me the morning since traveled from the South Bay. We have recently leased 2 BMWs from East Bay BMW and unfortunately our i4 was damaged due to a road hazard on the freeway. Kier Custodio was our Service advisor. I can’t say enough good things about this man . He walked us through the process of immediately filling a claim with our insurance company. He continued to follow through the claim process and kept us up to date with almost daily phone calls . He also provided us a car free of charge when he learned that my insurance company was going to charge us 25$ daily. I don’t think we have every had this type of outstanding customer service from any other company in any other business we have every been involved with. Thanks Kier. We truly appreciate what you’ve done
