Sometimes the star’s align and you got a great rep. Everado, was just that. He was great throughout the whole service. He had detailed notes, followed up with video shots, showing me specifically what was wrong with the car. We evaluated the different service options and then ultimately landed on a game plan moving forward. It was well executed and delivered on time.
