I saw a car I liked online.

I saw a car I liked online. I called and asked about pricing. I was told I would be able to get the car for a negotiated price. I confirmd several times that the price we agreed on would be all-in and including fees. I even explained I would not be finanacing and told that this was OK wiyh the price. I live about 2 hours away and on my way over the manager sent me the write up and the car would be $7k more!!!!!! Totally not acceptable! I am upset because I am already half way there. Complete waste of my time and day. Look at the ridiculous fees!

The worst experience I have ever had.

The worst experience I have ever had. A year ago I went to buy a Ram 3500 dually pickup truck 07/21 and guess what. A year later in 10/22 the transmission on that $75,000 truck is gone... And only have 3 oil changes made from the same dealer shop. OK I use the truck 6 days a week and drive a lot because I use for estimate jobs and visit customers. In one year I put close to 40.000 miles but those are highway miles. the dealer is replacing the transmission because is still under warranty but how hard can be for a dealer shop to replace one transmission on a truck? mY truck is been there since September 12th and as of today October 28 the truck still not repaired yet, almost 2 months and on top of that they wont give me a truck for me to use, they said I have to rent a truck and after fight with them they said they will only cover half of what ever I expend on car rental, so far I am $4,300 in car rent. on any way I see this I can not see it fair because the truck came defective from factory and now I have to be renting truck every week and put out my pocket almost $2,500.00 so far this was my third truck purchased from this dealer chain and it will be the last.

I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Dropped my vehicle off to have a couple recalls done and a oil change 3 days later the vehicle wasn't even touched. I needed the vehicle back for the weekend picked up and noticed as kid that drove if from around back got out he grabbed the door and scratched my paint and there's also a baseball sized dent in the tailgate... it's been 3 weeks and I've called multiple times and no one has returned my call.. People BEWARE and stay clear. they don't get vehicles back to there owners in reasonable time or a committed time.

Finance Department ......

My buying experience was excellent sales person was great my deal was good. Then I paid off my Jeep and getting my GAP refund is when everything fell apart. Its been well past 30 days and I have given everything you need in order to get your refund and still no check. I have been given the run around from the Finance and Accounting Department its been so bad when I asked for the District /General manager I was given another string of excuses. I asked again for the name and number and was given Younce Bekkali and was told he can be reached at the store. That's it nothing to rectify why I haven't received my money I spoke with the finance company who financed my car Truist and they even sent an email letting them know my car was paid in full and can be released still nothing. I sent the pay off letter Truist sent to me as proof and still nothing! I have owned 8 vehicles and this one makes my nineth and I have never gone through so much to get a Gap refund check in my life most were done in two weeks the most I have waited was three. I am so disappointed in this dealership and how you are treated once you have purchased your vehicle. Sales is great but the rest of the departments needs major work.

I am very dissatisfied with the service i received, and

I am very dissatisfied with the service i received, and the rip off attempt. When I first inquired about, servicing my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited, I was told that we had to leave the vehicle for 3 to 4 weeks. Two months later, I was told I would have to leave it for a week. This is where it gets good. I take my Jeep to the dealership, they tell me they can get to it in 2 to 3 days. I thought great, we're moving in the right direction. I was informed that my parking brake sensor had gone bad. They inspected the brakes, and informed me that I needed new pads and rotors. A job that normally cost approximately $1,000. They wanted twice the price over $2,000. So, I got the sensor fixed, and took the car to a different shop for brake service. There, I was informed, I didn't need new brakes. The brake pads were better than 50 percent good, and the rotors were better than 60 percent good. So why is it that they, the dealership, tried to charge me twice the price for a service I didn't need. No trust, bad business. I wish I wouldn't paid for the 3 oil package. Other than the pre paid oil changes, I will not be going back there. Please spread the word, so no one else gets robbed, legally.

Only chose a star because I have to.

Only chose a star because I have to. Bought a new to me Jeep and thought I heard the brakes squeaking 39 days after purchase. Take it in and the service dept said I need all new brakes and rotors all around and said it would be $1700. I asked if it would be covered since I literally just bought it and it supposedly passed inspection when they sold it. Was told it could have just barely passed and over the past month they got bad. Didn’t trust this and have never had to pay that much for even an entire brake job with calipers and lines included. Took my jeep home and got a second opinion. According to the head mechanic my brakes look great and the noise was coming from a squeaky brake pedal. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. thank god I trusted my gut. Also I believe I got ripped off during the buying process but that’s on me for trusting the salesman. Love my Jeep but hate this dealership.
