The service department is the worst.

The service department is the worst. From customer service to service delivery. I took my car in for scheduled maintenance and an AC check, they had it for a week, the AC had not been checked and they only did half of the maintenance. There was no attempt to make me whole and correct. No shuttle service, no pick up and drop off service, no attempt to at least accommodate me with a rental, and no remorse! I was told my AC was checked and it’s fine, only to pick up the truck and it’s completely not working! Then, the advisor, David, asked me to give him another chance by leaving the car longer so that he can have the AC checked. He tried his hardest to upsell me a $745 service (Freon flush and recharge) when I knew it was just the blower, told me that he would call at the end of the day with a diagnosis, and never did. I called the next day only to find that not only was David not at work but my car had not been looked at. I picked up my car and called the next day and David answered. Before I could tell him why I called, he began to tell me how my car was being looked at and they aren’t finding anything wrong. I told David he was a liar because my car had been picked up and was currently sitting in my garage. Now imagine if I didn’t had rudimentary knowledge of car mechanics or business in general. You can’t trust these types of business operators. They will take your money, tell you they did a service that they really didn’t, and try to charge you for things you don’t even need. No worries, this is the LAST time this location will get any of my time, money, or attention.
