Easy Free Recall service costs $185.
I had my Jeep Wrangler towed to Oursiman to have the clockspring and air bag recall fixed. I hadn't driven it in a while I have a company truck so dont need to. The battery was dead and I had told the service tech this. 1 week after the jeep was dropped off, I get a call about the battery and am told I should replace the battery, the battery was 6 months old. So I ask about charging it so they could work on it. $185 to charge a vehicle!! Really 1 week after I had told them the battery was dead, they are just now getting to my vehicle and now, they want me to pay to have it charged?? You will never see me back there again!! Never!! I will spend my money elsewhere for sure!! Poor service, tried to scam me into a battery, clearly I'm not that stupid, fix the recall, and dont ever call me!

No Loaner or recall pare
I should have been able to receive a loaner car to go to work and secondly, your organization knew there was a recall when my car was scheduled to come back in 1 week for service. Now, I have to find time from work to bring the car back in to replace the recalled airbag.

Nastasha Tennessee especially and the rest of your service staff were very professional and courteous. They addressed all of my concerns. Shuttle driver Kenny and cashiers were very professional and friendly. It was definitely one of my better vehicle repair experiences. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership for service.

I liked that I was able to get my van in and out in the same day. Perhaps doing a car wash at every service visit would be a welcome addition.
