Overall experience was outstanding. Only problem I had was with the misleading/unclear internet ad. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful for the most part.

Came in for an oil change and had a recall letter. Needed an appointment for the recall. They actually did the recall so I wouldn't have to come back just for that.

We came in knowing exactly what we were looking for. Spencer started helping us with our wants and needs on the phone. As soon as we got to the dealership he had a car waiting for us to test drive. Within a few hours we had purchased a new family vehical. Spencer and everyone who worked for the dealership was very friendly and compassionate. They knew time was valuable and got me out as quickly as possible.

Usually only in for an oil change, but this time I had to come get a hose put on. My service guy told me the part was in and it would take a few minutes for them to put it on. Well when the technician was doing the service realized it was a little more work than they thought. Service guy came right over to me in the waiting room to let me know. Appreciate the check in to let me know it would take longer. I appreciate the cashier young lady is always pleasant as well.
