Worst car buying experience of my life

Dealer first tried to stick me with New Ricky Ridge Jeep priced 15k over its value We sat back down and re negotiated after they Defaulted in first contract Next they lied and stated it was a 2018 JL Midel It’s a early 2018 JK Midel Then I tried to get service Dept to fix traction control problem that has been defective since the day I drove it off the lot 4 Times it’s been in there service dept This dealer is a 5 hour round trip drive from my Home Every time they say it’s fixed I spend my whole day to go pick it up Only to find each time It still has the same problem There all crooks and con men here Chance is a bold faced liar Run from these JERKS or you will regret it

Positive Experience with Sales

On 1/5/19 I bought a NEW 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee and worked with Raymond Walford salesman. Raymond was helpful from the moment he answered the phone during my initial call to the moment we arrived to test drive and purchase my new vehicle. He guided my mom and I through the process and made us feel comfortable. He was kind and gave us a fair deal. Everyone was friendly and gave us a good experience considering we kept them there until about 8pm when closing is 7pm I believe. It was a long day considering we got there sat 3:30pm but it was well worth the outcome and I am a happy customer and got the car I wanted. I would work this dealership and Raymond again. Happy New Year Everyone!

Jeep Grand Cherokee Service 1/2/2019

Outstanding Service Department. I was treated very courteously and professionally during my recent visit to the Service Department. A part had to be ordered when it arrived I was notified an appointment was scheduled and the part was replaced. Everything went like clockwork.

Jeep Servicd

All went well, except I wasn’t told that the shop was closing early on New Years Eve so I had to leave my vehicle over night for 2 days. Customer service was great and I will returns to get my Jeep serviced here. Thank you!

Great People - Slow Service

The people in the service department are awesome! I’m only pointing out this problem with the hopes they’ll find a solution. I’ve brought my vehicles to this dealership for service for the past two or three years. It’s always for an oil change, tire rotation, and an occasional car wash. I’ve probably only had my car washed twice. There were a few times there was a recall, which takes additonal time. Every time I’ve gone, it takes at least two hours. That’s a long time for just an oil change and tire rotation. It would be great if they would go to an appointment system or an express service for oil changes. I will say because of growing weary of the wait times, I’ll most likely find another place for routine service.
