Had a recent recall to take care of and Chuck was very aware of the problem completely reassured me about bringing it in and how long it would take plus I was assured they had whatever parts needed to fix it. I did just as I was told, Chuck called me when my vehicle was ready, which was pretty much the estimated time, only took few mins to get it, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked that it was explained in detail how to drop the vehicle off the night before if needed.

Called and then went in for my first service at Oursman Chrysler/Jeep. When I arrived, the service tech advised me that it would be at least 2 hours before the car would be done. I then asked the Service Manager if he could insure me that my car would be done by Noon (12pm). The car was delivered on time with all of the service completed.

Had a lot of questions and the service rep helped me 100%. Even eased my mind about more services for my car, that I flat out wanted to wait! Very happy I did

The service adviser was honest about the length of time my wait for a oil change my be .I decided to wait and was pleasantly surprised to be out with a newly washed car a hour earlier than expected. One employee made three children waiting with their parents very happy by giving them balloons .The children were delighted! Another employee came over and turned on the TV. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff professional and cheerful. This was my first service visit since purchasing my vehicle. I am very happy with the overall experience.

Saturday was/is the only day I can get my car serviced. I was there for almost 5 hours but Pai made the transaction tolerable. He also was considerate of my service needs and not with up selling me products and services that we’re not necessarily needed at the time. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and I’ll continue to use Oursman as my service provider. I have only used this dealership since my purchase and will probably buy from Oursman again because of the customer service and the integrity of Mr. Sripattra. I will drop anyone in a second if I feel used or lied to; thank you.

I was greeted with a smile and received prompt service. I was in, out and to my surprise car washed in a reasonable amount of time. I love this place!!!!
