Amazing Truck Buying Experience!

I came in with the intent of just test driving a Ram (I was originally looking at a Silverado). After loving the Ram, Tyler did an amazing job at working with me to find a deal on a used Ram. When we couldn't find a used Ram that I liked, Tyler was able to put together an amazing deal on a new Ram! He did an amazing job at showing me all the features of the Ram, and never pressuring me to make a decision. Instead, he helped me decide on exactly which trim Ram was best for me, then he walked me through the whole paperwork process. He also did a great job getting me a good trade in value on my last car. Tyler made my truck buying experience absolutely top notch, I'd definitely recommend him to all my friends & family.

Love my new Jeep

I wanted a jeep because I wanted a convertible but I am more comfortable in a larger, higher car (i.e. SUV). The jeep was my compromise between the two. I am not looking to off-road, just have some fun and the wind in my hair. And I wanted luxury - Preston explained I could have both. They had the almost perfect model on the lot - all the amenities and the bright red color I wanted, but it had a hard top and I wanted soft. They made me a deal and the soft top is on order. Preston took the time to show me how everything worked, and promised he would show me again and again if I am confused. I was so pleased with his service, Lew the sales manager was terrific as was Lauren in finance. I would definitely recommend them!

Traded down.

My 2015 Chrysler van had a problem that cost $ 1,000 to repair. I ended up trading it in for a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan at the dealership. Totally satisfied? Sort of. I was told that my van was only worth $11,000, and that I owed $18,000. The negative equity on my van was $7,000, but I was told that I would get these great incentives to help with the purchase of a new van. I was told that with the financing, my new car payment would be new car payment would be around $500.00. It ended up being $575.00! My old car payment was only $350.00. I expressed an interest in seeing vans. My salesman showed me only 2 Dodge Grand Caravans - one black and one silver. I was not thrilled about either, but out of the 2, I liked the silver one best. The Caravan had fewer amenities than my Chrysler T &C - no DVD player, no lighted mirror on the passenger side, no navigation system, etc., My salesman was young, very eager and very polite. He was very attentive, but I wished that he had shown me vehicles with more amenities.

Purchase of a Jeep Wrangler

The most important aspect of any service is speed of service, trust, and transparency. My interaction with Don Okay was all 3. My wife, 2 daughters, and I came to the center to look at Jeep Wranglers and were met by Don within 5 mins of getting out of my car. He was genuine and very professional and respectful not only to me but my wife and daughters. He really took the time to answer all of my questions and give me additional insights on the Jeep Wrangler. He took the time to cross 301 twice in a very hot day to get the Jeeps I was looking to test drive. Don was great to work with. My only issue was not with Don, but with a follow up call I was to receive about bring my Jeep in for part of the warranty service. I had to call the center to follow up and schedule the service, but once again Don was able to help me with that. Thank you Don for being a good person and personalizing my experience.

Excellent sales, family friendly environment

Came in just checking out mini vans with one in mind we found online. Our sales agent TJ helped us find a van, test drive it, and helped us get an excellent price. We didn’t plan on buying that day, but couldn’t resist. He also went above and beyond with our two little kids there, finding them balloons and repeatedly asking if they needed anything. Definitely a very family friendly place to go, and would highly recommend this dealership for any purchase. We will be back in the future!

Easy transfer from lease to buy

Came in to transfer my lease to a buy. Went smoothly and had no issues to report. Staff was friendly and Chu was great and pleasant to work with.

New Vehicle Purchase

Vincenzo is always very helpful and responsive. He took and takes the time to ensure that we ordered the vehicle we were interested in. When delivered he took the time to fully explain the options and controls of the new Summit. Lew provided a final purchase cost that was within my expectations and Mike provided a trade-in value for my vehicle that was also within expectations. Donna was very responsive and explained the finalization of the purchase of the vehicle. Lauren and Chu, although they were not directly working on our sale, took time to stop in and say Hello and thank us for our purchase. This is our 3rd personal purchase from this dealership. Our family and friends have purchased more than 10 vehicles from them. All staff was more than helpful and friendly.

Very Good Shop

Service is always good here. I had called to bring vehicle in for recall work and oil change before I went on a trip that week. I was advised the oil change is drive in anytime but the recall could not be scheduled until the next week but ask when I came for oil change if recall could be done. Sure enough they were able to accomplish both in one visit. Would have rated visit 5 stars but vehicle was not washed as promised but it was done when I brought it to their attention.

Great service. Check in staff were friendly and quick. Appt person was really nice. Always good in the service department. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable.
