Great experience and patience

I came in with a very difficult situation and had negative equity on my previous vehicle but with the help of amazing people and hard work ! I was able to leave the dealer with the car a wanted on a great price deal ! Even though I had negative equity. They are definitely not there just to make a sale, they are there to make sure you leave happy with a car that you want to pay for ! That is the way they work here at the dealer . Thank you guys and definitely recommended.

Great Adventure!

The customer service was over and above when we stopped to inquire about my Dodge Ram! Ron Ward was as of most help as so was Raymond Walford the salesperson! I would 100% recommend Ourisman Dodge to buy your beautiful Dodge Ram! Thank you!

Looking for a jeep

My overall experience at Ourisman Jeep of Bowie was good. I found the staff, in particular Lauren, to be very professional, warm, and knowledgeable (jeep owner). That really helped when trying to figure out my next move. Although I didn't leave the lot with a new JGC, I would highly recommend Lauren Smith for her knowledge and attention to detail.

Internet Friendly

I knew the Jeep GC I wanted. Received a decent price quote and did loan app online. Only 1 phone call. Stacy managed the process quivkly and efficiently. Best car buying experience ever

Pleasant experience!

The folks at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep took care of me without trying to sell me. I was lucky enough to be steered toward Emmanuel who sat me down and learned exactly the type of vehicle I was looking for. As a new Jeep customer, I wasn't expecting to do more than "just look" since I was coming from a lower class suv. But Emmanuel presented me suggestions and ideas that got me to realize I in fact was in the market for a new Grand Cherokee. I didn't think I would have a chance to make a deal for one, but with the help of sales manager Monty, we actually found the pretty perfect car for my needs and budget. And the best part about it, it was quick, fun, and as painless of a paperwork process as I remember in a long time. Not to mention, Emmanuel is also very personable and will make you feel at ease the entire time. There was never any pressure to put me in a vehicle. Emmanuel and Monty were more than willing for me to take my time to come to my decision. My hand never felt forced in any way. And for that reason, I highly recommend Emmanuel if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Thank you so much to TJ Erickson! He was very kind to my family and provided great customer service! He was very personable which also helped ease my anxieties of buying a new car. He took the time out to look over the vehicle with me and even buff out some minor scratches. TJ was quick responding to my e-mails when I had questions and needed to come in to see him. I will definitely recommend TJ to my family, friends, and coworkers.

Great car, great experience

Just bought a CPO Jeep Sahara. Stacy the Internet Sales Manager and Raymond Walford were very responsive and professional. I highly recommend this dealership. I hope there service is as strong as their sales force. The only hiccup was a paperwork error, but they quickly fixed that.

12 days later with same problems........ Ridiculous

No problems buying my vehicle very happy with that.. service on the other hand. worse that I had ever had. I will not be going back to this place.. To long of a story explain.. Have new Ram truck, had warranty issues.. e-mailed service manager with problems and photos. had truck for 12 days. get truck home check repairs.... first thing that was un list WAS NOT DONE.. my truck was dirty with hand and finger prints all over it. Worse experience that I have ever had.. My next purchase will be with Adams or Tate. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. If I could give zero stars it would be there. Horrible

Had a four wheel alignment completed

This was my first time at this facility and I was pleased with my service. Service Advisor (Guy Miller) was professional and very pleasant to deal with. I did not have an appointment but Mr miller was able to have my service completed in a timely manner. I will use this service center again.
