Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie - Curbside Pick Up and Home Delivery Available

This will be my second time dealing with Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie and I must say I was pleased with the service provided last weekend. Service Mangers Bryan P and Bryan V provided me with great customer service. From diagnosing my car to explaining the issue with my ESIM and having my Grand Jeep Cherokee fixed and back to me by cob Saturday - I really appreciate the effort put forth of the service department overall. I purchased my first jeep from Gary in 11/2013 while he was at Alexandria Ourisman Jeep. I followed him to his new home at Bowie Ourisman Jeep and I'm very happy I did. Great person who knows the vehicles he is selling and goes out of the way to complete a deal and keep the customer happy. When the time comes for another vehicle I will be in contact with him and Bowie again. People like Gary help make Bowie Ourisman Jeep a great dealership.

Came in on news years day and greeted with a friendly hello from Lauren. I already knew what I wanted to look at it was a 2013 Jetta and I wanted to test drive it. Know I knew I had iffy credit so Lauren said before we get your hopes up on that car let check to see if we can get you in. After a few minutes we got approved for a loan, what a relief. So then we took a test drive and we love it even more. We came back in and signed paperwork. And right before I did the final signature I asked if it was going to be washed. When she stated it was just finished lol! Great dealership ask for Lauren Smith she is awesome and professional.

My salesmen was money hungry he amped up the prices to insanly high amounts but I know my cars so I was not fooled by a long shot. It is true what they say, that car salesman are snakes that can't be trusted. I would have easily be duped had it not been for my knowledge of cars.

I want to thank John Erbe for his excellent customer service. He is always very attentive, courteus, professional, and just a great guy to talk with about service issues. I had an issue with my 2010 Charger and John made sure it was taken care of as he said he would. I appreciate this in a world where sometimes people don't take pride in their work. Steven, also, was very courteous and professional in making sure he called me to let me know my vechicle was ready and answering any questions I had.

In summary: everyone was friendly and respectful during the bargaining process we ALL hate to endure when buying a vehicle. At the end of the night, it was a fair deal and am extremely happy with both my purchase and experience. Being a total computer nerd, I do all of my research online first. I chose Ourisman because Nadina was the most expeditious and responsive of all of the dealerships I had contacted. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted by Vincenzo who introduced us to Nadina. He kept us entertained, answering questions while Nadina went to find Raymond to pull up the car I had originally inquired about. Raymond quickly came with the keys and sent us off on a test drive, alone, so we could privately evaluate the car. Love at first sight, it was time to haggle. After a bit of banter, papers pushed back and forth, numbers were agreed upon and finalized. I've walked out more than once at a dealership and it never crossed my mind to do so. During the process, Raymond was 100 percent respectful of our demands and enjoyable to banter with. Finally, the financing process with Donna was smooth and painless, exceeding my original expectations. I followed up the next day to get the official tour of my vehicle in the daylight. I was immediately greeted by Nadina and other members of the staff. Raymond came out with Kevin to show me the bells & whistles, cracked a few jokes and left a much wiser and proud Jeep owner. Being my third Jeep and fourth Jeep dealership, I will definitely return to Ourisman when ready for my next purchase. I have already recommended Raymond & Ourisman to a friend and will do the same to anyone else who may ask. Next time, I'll wear my free go pro from them to document how great they were ;). I checked out the truck on the lot the night before trying to avoid any slick salespersons. I went out the next day and called ahead asking someone to bring the key to the truck out so I can sit in it. Ron brought out the key in the pouring rain and just said check it out. He didn't get in the truck with me, he just gave me all the space I needed. when I gave him the key I asked if we could go talk about the truck. for the first few mins he didn't say anything, just typed on his computer. I picked the truck because i thought it was a fair price, then all of a sudden Ron turns to me and tells me he found me about $8000 in rebates off the truck price. He was awesome. He came up with a great price on my trade in and got me a spray in bed liner. The whole process was so easy and very quick. I was only there about 3 hours including time with the finance department. I would very much recommend the dealership and especially Ron. Ron Channell drove in on Sunday even though he was off that whole weekend because thats when I needed to buy the truck. Thanks Ron.
