The worst
Ann lacks communication skills. It took 3 says to get a simple repair done. I had to call her to get updates and she didn't return my calls. She didn't even apologize for the poor service. If you have to take your car here for service please ask for Steven, he is excellent.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!
Lauren, on her day off came in and assisted me all the way to include changing out my plates. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and seemed very confident on all subjects. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting a vehicle.

2015 CHALLENGER!!! WE ALL SHOULD HAVE ONE!
went to purchase a challenger!!!!!! and I did!!!! thanks to MICHEAL PHELPS(HYUNDAI) who sent me to KEVIN BATTLE! who was at ourisman the next dealer over where the car I wanted was... me buying a car for the first time expected the dealer(s) to have that I owe it to them to buy a car attitude.. but not at all.. I seemed to be more forcing to buy then him lol... he was calm and listen to what I was trying to work out etc... he didn't beat around the bush or make you think the impossible was possible..(like most dealers).. which in my eyes is a good thing cause why get forced or lied to then get repoed in 2months?? you look bad and so does dealer!! if you really want a buy a car and want the truth on what you can afford and not be hassled,forced or lied to then this dealer iship IS DEFINITLY WOTH CHECKING OUT!!!! P.S. MY EXPERIENCE WAS WITH KEVIN BATTLE APPRECIATE IT FELLAS...

Not happy with service department
My wife's caravan needed safety recall work. I stopped by the service dept, and made an appointment for the repair. The service guy behind the desk said the part was available and he would save it for my car. A few days I got an email notice of the appointment. I dropped car off for the repair work, however, about 3 hours later after returning home, I get a call telling me the parts for the repair was not available. I am upset because they should have told me before I wasted all the time dropping the car off and having my wife pick me up and later drop me off the get the unrepaired car. I ve got better things than to waste haft a day running back and forth to the dealer to get nothing done. I think they need to have better communication with the customer. I will take the car to a different dealer and hope their service is better.

Best customer service, by far. Especially my sales rep Lauren Smith !! The entire staff here is beyond friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and inviting. Not at all pushy like some other dealerships. The dealership is spotless and they have a large selection of vehicles. Their staff makes it their mission to do anything and everything in their power to make your experience with them a hassle free and memorable one. I absolutely LOVE my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I am so glad that I went to this dealership. I will be a return customer here for life !!??

Empty Promises
Drove in a Jeep from Rockville for me to test drive. It was used, which was fine cause that's what I was looking for. A large scratch from someone taking their key to it was visible from the driver side door. Salesman promised to have it corrected but to go ahead with the purchase with a good faith handshake. A week later, I come back thinking it will be sanded out and painted but instead got an amateur job and that is putting the word amateur lightly. The scratch looks worse than before I brought it in. When I requested the Salesman (Raymon) to give me the trade in back or another vehicle of similar value, he said I'll look into it but never called back. Will never refer anyone to them!!!
