I would like to share my experience with my sales representative her name is Yolanda Ortiz and she went out of her way to help me. She was very knowledgeable and she did not try and jerk me arounf. I would definitely recommend her as your sales representative always and I used her for both of my vehicles. It’s always good when you get service like this it makes you wanna come back!

AWESOME SALE
My car buying experience was great. Salesman Elvin Villa at Larry H Miller Dodge in Avondale was on top of everything. The whole process only took about 2 hours at the most. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Expects to keep my truck for days to sit in a line
So i've used this place before. I purchased my truck from them and have had a few things done there over the years. The experience wasn't great, but satisfactory. So theres a few outstanding recalls on the truck so i took it in to find out when they could get to it and how long it would take. I'm told i can bring it in on Monday and it will take 3-5 days. I ask if one of the recalls was particularly time consuming because i'd just get the others done as i can't leave my vehicle there for up to 5 days (its my only vehicle). I'm told it takes the same amount of time if its 1 or all the recalls, and that the recalls are actually fairly quick fixes, but that it takes a few days to get it into the shop. I ask them then why can't i just bring it in when you're ready for it? I'm not it has to physically be in line to go into the shop. Really? I ask about a loaner car. They ask me how many miles i have on my truck, and then tell me "Sorry, we can only give loaners for vehicles under 100k miles". What does my mileage have to do with anything? So now i'm expected to drop $$$ on a rental for them to fix a recall......ummmmm, no. So, now i'm off to check the other dealerships to see if they can deal with it. This dealership is really short sighted. If i find another dealer that can offer me a better service than you, where do you think i'll go when its time to trade in my truck for a new one (which is coming up real soon)?

evidently your company doesn't know the meaning of what an appointment is.! today I had an appointment at your dealership in avondale I arrived at 1030 am and was told by donny that id have to wait 2 hours to get my oil changed, do you not know what a xxxxing appointment means? "an arrangement to meet someone to do a job" that is what it means
