Satisfied customer

We purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 from Larry Miller Dodge with the assistance from Andrew. I can’t say enough about all the work and effort Andrew put into making this purchase happen. Andrew went above and beyond what was expected. We have dealt with other salesman at different dealers and have been very disappointed. I would recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Andrew.

Double deal

Met with Engelbert to trade in my wife and I’s cars to upgrade to a truck and mid-size suv as we get ready to expand our family. Engelbert was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable and sympathetic to our situation and needs. He took the time to show us SEVERAL cars and trucks and answered the countless questions and requests from us. His assistant “salesman in training”, East, was also impressively charismatic and knowledgeable as well and assisted us in any way he could including noticing we were hungry and bringing us snacks to make our shopping process more enjoyable. Really was a pleasant process. The only area for constructive criticism is when we got to the financing department and the numbers were off from what we were promised. We still ended with a good deal but he was a bit more pushy with GAP and down payment even after I already told him I was getting GAP through my insurance and we were only doing the 4K down for each car as we discussed with the sales team...that was frustrating and took much longer than it needed to. The only other criticism is our brand new Dodge Journey is not syncing to our phones but they are actively working to alleviate this for us. All in all the sales team and staff was very pleasant and we got a good deal.

Above and Beyond at this Dealership

Dealership did a great job with helping us purchase our new truck. Staff was kind and hospitable! Elvin and Andrew did a great job and made sure we were satisfied.

Robert Carter the best

Have had Ram and Jeep serviced here often. Had trouble with a recall before could get fixed. Towed to LHM Dodge, Avondale, AZ and Robert Carter took over. Diagnosed major recall problems and had a rental vehicle in 2 days. He is honest, reliable and will go out of his way to help you

Service-oil change and tire rotation

J R is a super individual. He has been my service adviser for the past 20 plus years I purchased a Dodge 350 in 1999 and he has been the only adviser I have with.

Not my best experience this time . People were difficult in getting back to me . Want to build my truck . They did not seem interested in doing that . Had to return several times and then a female sales rep. Help me with my request

Highly recommend, easy and quick

Sonya was so genuine and personable. I will use her for any future purposes and recommend her to friends, family, and business dealings. She matched the person to the vehicle, and that is not common! Let's face it, a Ram is a Ram, but if you've got someone as eloquent as Sonya was, you're going to buy from her no matter what! So grateful for a seamless experience.
