Efficient and Highly Experienced Service

The service rep was knowledgable and helpful in helping me make the right service decisions for my Prius with 345,000 miles. Maita has performed almost all of my service and I appreciate their expertise.

Excellent customer service

Honest, affordable, and fast service. I came in for a multi point inspection on a Prius I purchased from CarMax. Toyota gave me an honest report. Thanks!

Repair of recall issue

My car was completed in half a day for a driver side airbag issue. I got a ride to and from home so I did not have to wait. Thank-you very much..,,.....Kathleen

Great service

My car was recalled for a wiring issue. I took it in so they could determine whether my car needed a new part. The service required some time, so they called Uber for a ride home and back to pick it up later. Maita had the part, not needing to order it, so they replaced it instead of my needing to return. The service people are great—helpful, personable, and nice.

Great Service

Everyone who helped me at Maita was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did a thorough inspection of the car's systems and told me what needed correction. Then they helped me schedule the work they needed to do. They gave me the help I needed, when I needed it, and in an amount of time that was reasonable considering the amount of work they had to do. Great job.

5000 mi check up

I went in for my routine 5000k check up as I always do. I was informed that I didn't need an oil change, as I only have to have that done every 10000 miles, AND that my service was no charge. They looked over my car and recommended I charge my battery. They did that while I waited about 45 minutes. This was my second experience with Maita. My first visit there was great, but this second visit was even better.
