Easy in and out oil change. Make an appointment and there was no waiting. Coffee was made and helped myself and read a book in the waiting area

I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service departments staff and their willingness to help and please. I do have some qualms with the dealers who roam the service department to prey on the customers. I was approached 3 times and twice they were unable to answer very simple questions about their inventory!

The staff are all very courteous and even the rental agent. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable and inviting It even has a deli

I know that my vehicle will always be cared for and serviced lovingly and correctly. I don'T worry, ever. I've been servicing my Toyota here for years and will continue to do so.

The door helpful services and sales surpass any dealerships I've visited.. The questions are answered and gets you the car you need and want.

I have used Maita Service for many years and I appreciate their good service. Unfortunately, they keep messing with stuff that makes it more difficult to get your appointments scheduled. I tried to schedule on-line but what I got was this busy page that did not function properly and is a great discouragement to even try to deal with. Just call the number and book with someone on the phone. It is much simpler and don't even look at their on-line page. It gives the wrong impression of what this place is really like!

Maita is my service center by choice for my RAV4. Normally, I setup an appointment, but for this visit I felt there was an issue with starting my car and wanted my battery checked out. Maita was able to checkout my issue and also completed my next service maintenance since it was due on the afternoon I arrived at the service center. My battery was not charging properly and was replaced and the service was completed in two hours. I waited in the comfortable and spacious wait area and enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee. I appreciate that my issue was taken seriously and that I have another six months before maintenance is needed.

Felt it took too long to fix the problem. I was without a car for almost 2 weeks. I know Junko had a day off, but her team did not follow through when I called. They didn't call back to give an update.
