Least stressful experience I've had at a dealership ever
This is a wonderful place to ask for assistance in getting a car. I hate car shopping. I hate feeling pressured. I hate not being left on my own when I request it. That is what I get at most dealers and that is what I have to come to expect out of purchasing a vehicle. I did not get this from the staff. Ben is great. He is honest and will tell you exactly what he thinks and knows right away how to work with individual customers need. If he does not have an answer for you he will find out or tell you where to go. He will not BS you just to get a sale. The rest of the staff during my time treated me very much the same way. I left with a car that I enjoy and days later I have no regrets.

Nice Service
It was my first visit to Maita Toyota and the front desk representative on the site as well as the lady on the phone was so friendly. But they have to request Uber or Lyft for customers who leaving their cars for the service. It cost me $50 to go home and come back to pick my car.

Needed a new key
Zack did a great job getting me the key and keeping me posted on the progress. He had great follow up. He was very pleasant, professional and friendly. I gave 4 stars because at the time I made the appointment, I wasn’t given all the correct pricing despite explaining my need. Also I used the chat feature on the website and was given a link to contact to the parts department. The link did not work as when I called the next day, they didn’t see my post.

First car purchase went great!
Our experience at Maita Toyota was a great one! After we had spent much of our day looking for the car we knew we wanted at other dealers, we finally called Maita. I wish we had called them first! They had the exact car we wanted in the color we wanted! The others could order our car in but Maita had it in stock and even included a few extras the others couldn't. Thomas and Rick were great to talk to as sales reps and took great care of us from start to finish! Filling out the paperwork was quick and painless with a friendly finance expert who had been doing sales contracts since 2004. Less than two hours from the time we walked into the dealership my daughter was driving her first new car back home to Redding Ca. She was so excited! I was able to see my daughters beautiful smile the entire ride home! There are many excellent dealers in the North state but none were as prepared to handle our specific needs as well as Maita Toyota.

paid $140.00 for nothing.
paid $140.00 to find out what was wrong with my daughters corolla.You couldn't find anything wrong. Next day I had to replace the alternator. Car fixed.Won't be back.
