From start to finish, my service visit was excellent. First of all, Making the appointment was easy, I got the best date and time for my schedule. Then I received an email reminder which is always appreciated. I waited about five minutes then another individual helped me, I guess you’d call him my main service provider. He explained what they’d be doing, how long it would take and what it would cost. Waiting in Maita’s facility is a pleasure, it’s clean, bright, colorful, spacious and provides ample seating for whatever it is you prefer to do while waiting, e. g. Watch TV, read, review your emails, have a coffee or tea and something to eat., or just to sit quietly. My service was completed ahead of the amount of time my service provider quoted, another plus! Finally, he had completed and explained all the paperwork simply and in a friendly way. Then I received my key and was n my way, My only gripe, if you can call it that is i am no longer eligible for the ‘package deal’ where you purchase x number of service visits for a specified amount. After 45,000 miles you pay regular cost; I had just seceded that number of miles! I always like a deal and loved that ne. Maybe someday Maita will offer other such deals for service.

I had some catching up maintenance work to be done that added up to more than I expected. I thought I might need new brakes and Luis understood my concern. He was able to propose a solution that would allow me to postpone some work to the next visit if I should need brake pads (or whatever). Fortunately, no brake work was required and we could proceed with the maintenance work.

I had a great experience buying my car at Maita. The staff that worked with me were efficient and professional and made the process as painless as possible.

The service was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I like that they gave me options on what they recommended, and what would needed to be done in the future.

I switched to Maita to service my car from Roseville Toyota and am much happier with the service. I have had very good experiences so far. Luis went the xtra mile to save me money and also provide a loaner car since I’m out of shuttle range. I am very pleased with service here and will be back!!

Everyone is always so friendly at Maita. This is the fourth car I have bought at Maita. There prices were the best and so is their service department. I live in the foothills so it’s about an hour and fifteen minutes to get here but it’s worth it.

Service advisor was very professional and the debrief of the work done was exceptional. Also, the breakfast sandwich at the dealers snack bar was outstanding.
