Brandon was courteous. He did a great job calling me back and he went above and beyond. I texted him back in the evening when he was off work and he didn’t have to text me but he did and I appreciate it. He was working off. The clock made me feel like I was a loyal customer, and I meant something to him Earn my return business.

I was disappointed with how scheduling seems to work now
I was disappointed with how scheduling seems to work now and how it was explained. I had a “appointment” at 8 am on my new Camry for its first service, topping fluids and rotating tires. This was completed by 10:20am, 2 hours and 20 minutes later. I asked why it had taken this long and was told there were people ahead of me and my appointment did not mean anything other then that was when you would check the vehicle in. The “customer service” person said we are like DMV that way. If you’re likening yourself to DMV as an example of your customer service skills you should be revaluing and changing everything.
