Service worker was very patient and explained what I needed to do to fix my vehicle for top performance. Valvoline messed up my transmission, causing it to slip, and Joshua wrote down every detail of the issue found and how to fix it. Hoping I can get Valvoline to pay for my car to get fixed at Toyota since they do it right.

Overall my experience with Jose and David was great. I do have a few complaints. 1. Why do I have to secure the notice of lien satisfaction for my trade in? I signed the car over to Gresham Toyota, I think this is something the dealership should take care of. Never had to do that before with a trade in. 2. There’s huge horrible scratches on the hood and hood scoop of the 4Runner. Unfortunately it was pouring rain the day I came in and didn’t notice this. I think this is something the salesman should have discussed especially when we were talking about the dent and paint chip repair package. 3. The tires are bad. The 4Runner has the same stock tires on the car from when it was manufactured. These are dunlops from 2021 and the tire compound has exceeded expiration. There’s visible cracks in the tires and will need to be replaced immediately. I’m disappointed that I paid top dollar for a gold certified car that has huge scratches on the hood and expired tires.

We had such a great experience buying our Grand
We had such a great experience buying our Grand Highlander. Doug our sales person made the experience so pleasant and easy. We always dread going through the car buying process due to past experiences and pushy sales people and Doug was the opposite of that. He really let us lead on things and we never felt pressured to purchase at any point and he just made the experience so great. We would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family and will definitely return for a future purchase!

They tried to rip me off on the initial sale of 2021
They tried to rip me off on the initial sale of 2021 vensa. I tell other people about it. First thing I told the finance man was, I am a loyal Toyota guy. Bought my 04 Tacoma from this dealership. Brought my mother in for a camray. Leasted a camray for my wife. And I want your honest best deal up front. Well, to make a LONG story short-- the payments started out at 550 a month at FULL price and poor trade in. After getting up and starting to walk out, The manager asked me what I wanted. I told him.. Then ...I got the trade in I wanted because of super low milage. A good interest rate and a monthly payment of 360.00. Then I asked the manager, do you remember what I said to you three hours ago ? That will cost you in bad reviews.
