Dan greeted me with just right level of enthusiasm. Explained the maintenance that will be done. Gave me a generous completion time so that I was pleasantly surprised when it was done sooner. Brandon was very willing to go over the operation of my sound system after the maintenance was completed. He sat in the passenger side outside the bay areas and was very patient.
