TOP NOTCH!
The atmosphere when I walked in the door was so friendly! It was like I was already a friend, the guys were warm & welcoming. Kenny suggested we do an engine flush. I explained that my brother in law had died suddenly & completely unexpected and we had to go to Montana, we needed to put it off as the trip, hotel, etc was proving to be very expensive. He then offered to do it at a reduced price, because it really needed to be done. Even though I declined I was touched by his care. I felt he genuinely cared about “getting us on the road”, as he said. What a great group you have in your service dept. So glad we purchased from Lithia!

Excellent customer service and work
