Best Buying Experience!!

Lithia Dodge in Klamath Falls has the best Buying Experience . I had seen The 3500 Dodge on there Site Walked in Talked With Scott, Bought My Truck That day.It was everything I needed in A truck. The Staff made it Happen. No pressure . They worked on my behalf. I highly recommend Lithia Chrysler, Dodge,Ram and Jeep Dealership for your next vehicle. I grew up in a Car Lot.. ( my Father was a dealer).. The Crew at Lithia Treated me like Family!!!

Very friendly staff!

Everyone was very friendly from the salesman to the finance officer! The 2022 Jeep Cherokee X I bought is an outstanding vehicle and I LOVE IT!

Virgies 59

It did not take too long to get my oil changed. I have a new car with less then 15000 miles and I was told I needed a flush. Not sure it was needed but I'm not a machanic. Tried looking it up but no info.

Good experience a bit week on attention to detail

Your employees George Hagerman & Mike Cheeseman were a pleasure to work with. George really went out of his way to advocate for us. In fact he got us a credit to be used at Bassin Tires because of the uneven wear of the tires on the truck.

Work was done in a reasonable amount of time, waiting area was really comfortable but small. Remodel in process though.
