Great Job!

Thank you to Service advisor Chad Stork-brought our Jeep Renegade in on 2-3-2022 for service, jeep had been running rough with different warning lights coming on from time to time for various reasons. Chad had things checked and found the computer had stored several codes, they checked everything and flashed the codes-jeep is running now like it did when brand new! Thank you to everyone involved.

Honest Ethical Great

I recently chose Lithia Klamath Falls to purchase a new jeep Cherokee. Jim Baxter made the whole process as smooth and as stress free as possible. First he went to great lengths to locate the car since it wasn't in dealer stock and got it delivered before the rebates expired at the end of the month. He immediately verified my eligibility for the rebates and kept me constantly updated on the delivery progress. There were no surprises and no pressure at the dealership. Jim and everyone else couldn't have been more transparent, honest and ethical. I am very satisfied with Jim and everyone else I met at Lithia Klamath Falls.

Great Service

I walked in without an appointment and although they were shorthanded due to the pandemic, they were able to "fit" me in. They were courteous and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time considering I did not have an appointment.

Great service

The service advisor found a way to quickly squeeze me into a full schedule, and the tech did a thorough diagnostic analysis, which showed that the problem was no longer there. My truck is running fine.

Great truck buying experience.

There was no pressure and Doug, our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and did a great job of getting us the right truck brought in from another location. In this time of supply problems and shortages everywhere he got it done in a very timely manner.
