I brought my car in for a oil change and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and professional. I then went on the lot and was looking at cars the gentleman mane that came out was Neal very nice and was knowledgeable about many of the cars and trucks. Everyone was very professional and nice.

Getting truck repair quickly
service manager allow me change out the batteries on my truck, as there was a long wait to get the truck repaired by his staff. the problem was the batteries and I went on my way with just the cost of new batteries

Good buying experience
I worked with Jim, Bailey and Ed. They were responsive and accommodating. I had a 7 hour drive both ways. I asked them to get me in and out ASAP. They had the truck ready and had me in and out of the dealership in about 45 mins. They did a great job!

Friendly people, clean store, and reasonable deals
Went above and beyond to get what I wanted and make sure i left with it! Also a dececnt amount for a trade in on my car...The people we very friendly and fun to talk with. The store was super clean!

Great Experience
Called to ask about an SUV and Bailey stayed with me via text (I'm up near PDX) for more than 24 hours going back and forth to determine if I could trade in my vehicle for theirs, etc. Despite playing a 2-day game of phone tag at times, he let me mostly respond via text in order to make this deal happen. He also made it work in my timeframe to drive down to Klamath Falls. When I arrived, all I had to do was physically look at the SUV, them look at my truck, and sign papers because we took care of everything leading up to that. Plus, they were fair in their trade in offer, and I got KBB value without having to argue for any of it. It was a fun and pleasant experience.
