Amazing service, Employee of the year!

Your Dealership is only as good as the employees you hire. Your employee John Nichols absolutely goes out of his way to make a customer's experience so top notch that I would recommend all my friends and family to your dealership. I was getting a light fixed on my Durango and he was great to take care everything and he has such amazing customer service skills! As a huge company like Lithia you should be proud of John Nichols....EXCELLENT,AMAZING EMPLOYEE!!!

Great customer service, with friendly staff. Hopping oil change business, yet still friendly and efficient staff. They took time to call when my Jeep was ready. Posted window indicator sticker for next oil change interval.
