The facility is clean and very comfortable.

The State Attorney General Should Investigate This
I agreed on the telephone with Jim Baxter, the self-described "Internet Manager" at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Klamath Falls Oregon, to buy a RAM 1500 truck for the online advertised price of $45,930 plus DMV taxes/registration and $150 doc fee. Mr. Baxter told me he would send me a "quote" the next day. The "quote" sent to me the next day was $7,191 more than the price Mr. Baxter and I had agreed on. Mr. Baxter lied to me when he assured me there would be "no surprises" if I concurred on them running my credit report (which came back well into the "excellent" range). Mr. Baxter’s unfortunate behavior harmed me in two tangible ways: (1) He caused my credit score to be adversely affected, and (2) the time I wasted dealing with him resulted in me losing an opportunity to cash in a $1,000 Targeted Incentive lender coupon on a similar truck at a different dealer – because the other truck was sold while Mr. Baxter was wasting my time. I have learned through this regrettable experience that Jim Baxter and Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Klamath Falls are not among the many trustworthy sellers in the Pacific Northwest. I would encourage you to avoid this dealership, and Jim Baxter, and find honest people to deal with.
