My wife and I went to look at a LS 430 at this

My wife and I went to look at a LS 430 at this dealership. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Starting with Francisco Heras the salesman. Super friendly, great test drive, when I asked questions if he did not know the answer he did not b.s. us, but got on the phone, brought out a mechanic and got our questions answered. Would and will recommend this dealership to friends and family. The only reason we did not buy the car was my wife had a vacation planned and had to be gone for aweek and this car sold.

My Confidence in Way Scarff Ford is Shattered!

Wayland Scarff Scarff Associates L.L.C. I have been in business in Auburn for over two decades and I'm writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction and distress concerning the deplorable experience I encountered at Way Scarff Ford in Auburn. The series of events I have endured reflect a disturbing level of disregard for customer satisfaction and a complete failure to uphold professional standards. On July 27, I entrusted my Ford E-250 Cargo Van (a vehicle with less than 150k miles), to your establishment for essential repairs, as recommended by your service department. Regrettably, my experience since then has been one marked by poor customer service, a glaring lack of communication, threats, demands to leave the property, lack of integrity, swindling, and, most alarmingly, the rendering of my vehicle inoperable. The journey began with the initial interactions, which were riddled with miscommunication and indifference towards my concerns. Despite detailing the nature of the repairs and requesting regular updates on the progress, there was a conspicuous lack of transparency, leaving me feeling helpless and uninformed about the status of my commercial van. Furthermore, the incidents of threats and demands to leave the property are both shocking and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever feel unsafe or threatened while seeking service from a reputable establishment such as Way Scarff Ford. The lack of integrity displayed by your staff during this ordeal is deeply distressing. Not only was I charged for services that were not carried out, but I also have reason to believe that the costs were artificially inflated and not a true reflection of the work done on my vehicle. What has exacerbated the situation is that, upon finally retrieving my Ford E-250 Cargo Van, it was inoperable. The very purpose for which I entrusted my van to your service department was utterly defeated, leaving me in an exceedingly inconvenient and frustrating situation. This entire experience has shattered my confidence in your dealership's ability to provide competent service, adhere to professional standards, and value customer satisfaction. I demand that immediate steps be taken to rectify the situation, including addressing the issues with my van, refunding the erroneous charges, and providing an official apology for the distress I have endured. Should these matters remain unaddressed, I am prepared to pursue alternative avenues to seek resolution, including escalating this complaint through appropriate consumer protection channels and sharing my experience through online platforms. I implore you to treat this complaint with the seriousness it warrants and take decisive actions to restore my faith in Way Scarff Ford's commitment to excellence and integrity.
