Lee Johnson and Nick in particular did a great job of getting me in and out quickly for annual service on my 2020 Kia Soul EX. I've been coming to them for years and always excellent service.

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation.

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It was completed in 40 minutes. As always, excellent customer service provided by Service Advisor Scott Trail.

They botched up basic tire repair, they wouldn't even take another look at it. Just go elsewhere.

horrible experience took 6 hours to buy a vehicle.

horrible experience took 6 hours to buy a vehicle. drove 2 hours from home to buy a truck. when i got there the truck was not ready for purchase, there was a recall on it and they miss represented the milage on there web site. Also beware of the finance department they are dishonest and will miss represent the real numbers.

Walk-up oil change

The quality of the oil change was quite satisfactory. I guess they were quite busy the day I brought my car in for the oil change as I was told it would take 1.5 hours and I would get a call when ready. After waiting for over 2.5 hours I walked over to find the service had already been done. I try to keep my car looking good, however there was oil on the engine cover from the oil change. I will continue to bring my car for service going forward.
