Brought my new EV6 GT in for its first service at 10k miles. The experience at the service department was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and made me feel welcome. I will definitely return for future service needs.

Great service.

Great service. I got exactly what we were looking for. Negotiations were fair and without nonsense. Finance paperwork process was well organized and straight forward.

Currently working through an oil consumption protocol

Currently working through an oil consumption protocol with my 2017 Sorento. They have been very helpful getting me in so that all the protocol steps are done before my warranty expires. Both Nick and Jim have been great!

Purchase of our Kia EV6 GT went quickly and smoothly. Yesterday, I brought the car in for a service bulletin/software update. Super friendly and sharp service advisor (Jim Mercier) who gave me an accurate estimate of the time. Perfect!
