I have a 2001 Beetle I love it and i had a issues at another VW dealership and i decided to go to Ourisman VW Laurel for Service . Great service and while i was getting my 2001 bug serviced , i seen a New Beetle on lot Color being Red Rock , so i ask Ed if i could test drive the Red Rock , so I took it for about 30 minute ride ,came back and i told him i had another vehicle i wanted to trade so i put a hold on Red Rock and once i took my 2001 back home ,i brought my other car to dealership and a deal was made and Ed had the red rock bug cleaned and ready so in hour i was Tagged and taking Red Rock home , i have 2 bugs , But I have Order a New Touareg and the 2001 will go once my Touareg is delivered . This is a 5 star dealership , All the staff is friendly and Helpful .

I purchased a vehicle from Ourisman Honda of Laurel and was impressed with one salesman/Director in particular, his name is Andrew Williams. Mr. Williams was professional, courteous, diligent, attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, and possessed a great sense of humor. I was impressed by the follow-up calls as well as his immediate response to my e-mail inquiries. As far as I am concerned, it is people like Mr. Williams that make purchasing a vehicle worthwhile. I worked with this salesman to obtain an internet deal for a 2011 Honda Odyssey for my company. I had no trade-in. Straight cash. I search online and 'built my Honda' from the website and knew, in general, how much the vehicle would cost. I wanted the EX-L model with leather interior and a satellite navigation system. When I contacted Ourisman Honda, Tim assured me that he could get the car within a few days. The car came in on a Wednesday. I arranged to pick it up on the following Monday. Prior to this, I asked for a signed proposal detailing all the features I would be getting on the car. I wanted to make sure Tim understood what I wanted and what I didn't want. He failed to do this. I sent him at least 3 emails and spoke at least 3 times on the phone. He even had another sales person assist him when he was not at the dealership to make sure the deal went through. I never ended up with a proposal detailing what was on the car. The price quote from Ourisman was $2,000 less than a competitor in Virginia. We wanted to buy the car in Maryland because its closer to our downtown DC business. When I went to pay cash for the car, the saleman failed to report to work. The car had not been detailed and DID NOT HAVE THE GPS SYSTEM WE REQUIRED. All this for nothing, even though I asked at least 6 times for a complete detail of the car's features. The person representing Ourisman in lieu of the salesman, Andrew, was not willing to negotiate with me and seemed to not care whether he sold the car to me or not. I walked out of the dealership with nothing in hand and an extremely diminished perception of new car dealers. I have purchased 2 Volkswagens and one Honda from Laurel Honda Volkswagen. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN. The quality of your sales force is WAY BELOW PAR based on my experiences with both American and foreign car sales. Good cars, crappy sales force.

I personally contacted via email and spoke to this consumer to learn where and if our process could be improved. Here are additional facts that are extremely important: 1) Her vehicle request was for a Honda Odyssey EX-L, NOT an EX-L with Navigation. 2) Our quote was for EX-L as she requested and our quote was accurate. 3) Since we did not have this exact vehicle in stock, we purchased it from another dealership so it would be here when she arrived. This is not a step we would have taken had we felt there was an error or mistake made. 4) When the customer arrived and realized at that time that it did not have navigation communications broke down. The salesperson was held up in traffic and DID report for work. My Internet Manager, Andrew Williams assisted this customer until the salesperson arrived. This is unfortunate because I feel this review was written prior to everything being investigated and explained. Our quote was accurate. We went out of our way and purchased the vehicle requested. Yes, our salesperson was late for the appointment and should not have been late, regardless of traffic on the beltway. I have added a step to our process where we attempt to contact the customer to verify what they asked for is what they really want and no options are overlooked. Thank you for reading. Ed Wheaton.

Just bought my second car from Ourisman VW, and I don't know that I'll buy from any other dealer. From the salesman Vincent, to Isaac the sales manager, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about VDubs. They accommodated every option I could think of as far as vehicles and financing, and made sure the process was as painless and transparent as possible. Lot selection was great, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Another thing I loved was the lengthy test drives, and the fact that since this place is right on 198, you can really push the car on roundabouts and the entrance to 32. My wife and I had a great experience, and are very happy with our latest VW.

After 20 years, my wife finally convinced me that it was time to replace her 1991 Honda Accord. On 12 Oct we bought a new 2010 Honda Accord LXP at Ourisman Honda of Laurel MD. We couldn't be happier with the result. They honored the price they had quoted me a month earlier. The sales staff and management were first class. The entire Ourisman team was courteous, pleasant efficient and professional. We look forward to doing business with them in the future. They had the exact car we wanted in stock and were willing to negotiate for a good price. In particular, Andrew Willians was courteous, respectful, and attentive. I bought a Volkswagen GTI from this dealer. It provided the lowest Internet price of any dealers in the area and one of the promptest responses to my Internet contacts. Paul (sales) was low-key, unpressured, friendly, and took time to explain details of the car and paperwork. Finance staff was also low-key and informative. Walter (finance) did not try to offer me additional, unwanted options beyond what I already intended to purchase. While he explained additional coverage, he discouraged me from buying more expensive warranties that he said it appeared I didn't need based on my driving patterns. He also was helpful in finding a lower APR rate than I had found myself. Overall good experience and I'd go back to this dealership for future purchases.

brought my car in for a check engine light problem....
brought my car in for a check engine light problem. dealer asked me to bring the car in early monday so i decided to just drop it off that friday. got back the car on monday afternoon, and realize frot bumper totally cracked and scratched. service manager told me they were not going to fix it because i had no proof they did it. he claimed he saw through the camera that the car was always park rear in. i ask to see the video and he said it was a waste of his time. 500$ fixing this bumper that they broke is not a waste of time if you ask me. it was my word against his. i will never ever go back there. i brought my car in only to spend money fixing the problems they cause me. service manager is an asshole and his customer service is as horrible as it gets. i wouldnt recommend anyone even getting a oil change there.
