I am an active duty military member that just returned to the U.S. after being stationed overseas for five years with my family. We were in need of purchasing a vehicle as part of our transition back to this area in Maryland. After reviewing many offers from multiple dealerships, I decided to give Ourisman Honda of Laurel a visit to discuss a good offer on a 2019 Honda CRV. There I was greeted by Mr. Anthony Davenport. From his introduction, Anthony treated me and my family with utmost repect, attention and professionalism. Although I hadn't previously discussed a price on the vehicle that I was interested in directly with Anthony, he went above and beyond working with the manager to honor the price that had already been offered to me by one of his colleagues via email. I went to this dealership to acquire information about the pricing on an accord manual 1.5 and the civic manual sport. I met with Crystal Goines for my appointment. She greeted me with a smile and led me to both my test drives. She also provided me with the information I needed to know the vehicles I was driving. She then put me with the people that helped me with credit and the whole process. The number were correct and inciting. If I was to buy the accord I would definitely head to ourisman for that.
